We are producing The Verses Series as compilations of local poetry by both established published poets and personalities who live in, or originally came from particular areas; but we also want to include the work of previously unpublished or “new talent” from the same areas.

If you are a previously unpublished but aspiring poet, this is a great opportunity to submit work at no cost to yourself, which if selected, will be read alongside and by professional poets, by small press and publishers and by the public at large: Giving you a showcase for your work and an addition to your creative CV.

You can attach poetry as MS Word Docs or PDF files (please virus check before attaching). Nothing more than 40 lines per poem but as many poems as you want to send. NB: if you want to submit more than two or three click on the postcode again to spread attachments over more than one e-mail:
